Accepting New Clients in Maryland
I specialize in supporting high-achieving, perfectionist women who often feel weighed down by high expectations, lack of self-compassion, and overwhelm, work to address the cycles that keep you stuck in “doing” mode, explore how to respond rather than react, and support you in feeling more connected to the different parts of yourself.
My Specialties
Pregnancy & Postpartum
The perinatal period can bring a wide range of emotions and experiences… from joy and connection to anxiety, grief, or identity shifts. I will provide a supportive space to help you navigate these changes, process challenges, and strengthen emotional well-being during pregnancy and after birth. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and confident as you adjust to this new chapter.
Workplace Mental Health
Work-related stress, burnout, and perfectionism can impact both professional performance and personal fulfillment. Therapy can help you identify patterns that contribute to overwhelm, build resilience, and develop strategies for maintaining balance and well-being at work. Together, we focus on fostering confidence, clarity, and sustainable growth in your professional life.
Perfectionism/High Expectations
I work with those who feel like “never enough,” to offer a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your humanity. Together, we’ll explore where your perfectionism comes from and learn new ways to find worth, peace, and confidence beyond constant striving.
My Approach
Somatic - Mind Body Therapy
This approach helps you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. By noticing sensations, breath, and movement, you can gently release stress and stored emotions. It’s a way to feel more grounded, present, and at ease in your body.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
ACT helps you make peace with difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them. Through mindfulness and self-compassion, you’ll learn to focus on what truly matters and take steps toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting helps process and heal emotional pain that can feel stuck in the body. By using specific eye positions, it helps access deeper parts of the brain where trauma and stress are held allowing for release, relief, and lasting healing.

More About Me
I’m a mom to one joyful and sweet daughter. Motherhood has shown me how vital strong support systems truly are, and I make it a priority to invest in and nurture mine.
Outside of work, I find joy in movement, whether it’s walking, strength training, yoga, or sports. I also have a soft spot for reality TV (a good BRAVO reference never goes unnoticed) and love spending quality time with friends and family.
