A focused, foundational series to help you understand your money patterns, regulate overwhelm, and build ADHD-friendly systems.

Session 1: Your Money Story & Emotional Blueprint

We explore where your money beliefs came from, how ADHD has shaped your relationship with finances, and what emotional patterns (shame, avoidance, impulsivity, fear) are getting in the way.
You’ll gain clarity, validation, and a compassionate understanding of why money has felt so hard — and what’s possible moving forward.

Session 2: ADHD Patterns, Nervous System Responses & Behavior Loops

We identify your personal financial patterns: executive dysfunction, decision fatigue, impulsive spending, perfectionism, or freeze/avoid cycles.
You’ll learn grounding tools and regulation strategies to use during money stress, plus supportive micro-habits that make day-to-day finances feel more manageable.

Session 3: Systems That Stick (Designed for Your Brain)

We co-create simple, sustainable ADHD-friendly money routines.
This may include:
