My Specialties

I work with ADHD women to honor their needs and cultivate wellness that aligns with who they truly are. Through self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and practical self-care, I help women build lives rooted in authenticity, resilience, and mind body connection reducing impacts of the shame cycle, negative self-talk, and executive dysfunction.

ADHD Wellness

Pregnancy & Postpartum

I support you in navigating the unique challenges PMHD (anxiety, intrusive thoughts and OCD, and overwhelm) poses during this life transition- particularly for ADHD women experiencing PMHD. Together, we use compassionate, evidence-based, and mind body approaches to create more ease, self-understanding, and confidence in motherhood.

Creatives & Corporate Professionals

I help ADHD professionals, creatives, and organizations address stress, burnout, and mental health challenges in the workplace. By focusing on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and supportive systems, I guide clients in creating healthier work environments and more sustainable ways of showing up both personally and professionally.

Financial Therapy

I help clients understand the emotional relationship to money to build confidence, clarity, and calm around finances. Together, we explore how ADHD, masking, and nervous system patterns impact the relationship with money — and create sustainable, shame-free systems that actually fit real life and capacity.

My Approach

Somatic & Mind Body

Somatic therapy emphasizes the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that emotions and stress are often stored physically. Through body awareness, movement, and grounding practices, you can release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more connected to yourself and more available to connect to others.

TRM

Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® helps clients expand interoceptive awareness by learning to distinguish sensations of well-being from sensations of distress. TRM has foundational roots of the model which is based upon neuroception, neuroplasticity, co-regulation, solution-focused psychotherapy, somatic-based therapies, the regulatory capacity of the autonomic nervous system, and the growing field of interoceptive awareness.

Solution-Focused

SFT-B is a short-term, goal-oriented approach that emphasizes strengths, resources, and practical strategies. You identify what’s working, envision your preferred future, and build actionable steps toward positive change.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I am a first-gen, who understands the nuance of how culture influences our perspective, self-perception, and mental health. I support in processing the BIPOC experience, particularly in the workplace.

How I Help You

Whether you’re looking to gain clarity in understanding how ADHD shows up for you, adjusting to the changes of pregnancy and postpartum, learning your path to self confidence and compassion, or navigating life as an ADHD creative and with a corporate 9-5, we’ll focus on what feels real and meaningful for you.

I draw from a multi-modal mind body, relational, and solution-focused approach to help you connect with yourself and with others in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. My goal is to give you tools and insights that bring relief in the moment while also fostering deeper, long-term growth.

Through our work, you’ll learn to recognize your needs, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward the kind of balance and connection you deserve.

More About Me

I have always held a firm belief in sharing honest experiences of womanhood and motherhood. For us to heal, individually and as a community, it benefits us to be informed of the full and varying experiences of being a woman.

I am also a first-gen, who understands the nuance of how culture influences our perspective, self-perception, and mental health. I can support in processing the BIPOC experience, particularly in the workplace.

I am a mother to two amazing, energetic, and unapologetically themselves, daughters. We do a lot of work together on self-advocacy, self-regulation, and finding the fun in life. My goal is to raise free and confident women who know themselves, who also value community.

I love yoga, being outside, reading everything from Toni Morrison (shout out to my banned book club) to Sarah J. Maas, and pretending I could actually pull off a DIY home reno thanks to too much HGTV.
